Him and PoP have single handedly ruined Cammy in phils eyes. He beat a Cammy to end the night but was kicking and screaming through it all.
He could never handle rushdown characters which is why Cammies always eat his lunch in SF6. He used to bitch about Kens all the time but he can somewhat handle Kenās bullshit now, but he still canāt do shit against Cammies.
Another completely organic āAnonymous - $50ā to save Phil from eating lunch meat sandwiches on his day ahf.
Honestly it is slightly impressive that the whale army are able and willing to cover the 1MM absence. His tip numbers are mostly the same or higher due to these whale Mary tips and the sock armies. You have all these accounts that had kind of disappeared all making a return at the same time.
Is it one person? Is there a whale/fan discord? Did Phil send a few emails?
Also his midstream beg was weak, usually when he does there is a whale tip brewing in the back.
His fallout content is absolutely horrible as well, even by Philās standards, itās no surprise his algorithm hit resulted in sub 10% retention for the second episode and 0% increase in stream views.
I guess the only question is how long they can keep it up, dent bux have been given out so he should be fine for now but seems unlikely they would be able to cover Jeffās $8k a year minimum long term, unless he is lurking in the shadows but given Philās demeanour it seems unlikely.
The May 1st burst was also heavily moderated and not mentioned at all really, just Phil ignoring tips and implying there was some trolling he wasnāt addressing. However he will probably be salty when he sees that Gundam, Tevin and his arch nemesis Keemstar decided to have a joint stream for the anniversary.
I imagine itāll be a waiting game. Even though the 1MM shaped hole was mostly filled today, he still sat at $13 dollars well into gameplay. It was another instance where it was painfully obvious that 1MM has left, and Phil was purposefully ignoring it.
Thereās definitely been a concerted effort to keep up the appearance of organic support, but even though the numbers are similiar, weāre still seeing the cracks in the armor, and itās only going to get worse over time.
The mad lads actually did it. They released The Detractor on May 1st.
What a shame, it seemed like the perfect game for that āindie PC begathonā he wants to do at the end of the month.
I was watching, I think Meerkatās Swaycast this morning and he was going over a portion of The Interview where Dave talks about his expenses. He included a clip of the day after when Dave brings the paper out and all that, he mentions lawyer fees like he has one on retainer or something. If Dave had any sense, he would be setting sights on a game that uses his likeness without permission.
Here is to hoping he does, somehow loses and itās pre-bankruptcy all over again.
#PayMyLawyers goal, boys!
The fucking audacity of Phil to say that he beat Melania āall skill, no cheese.ā Hope he chokes on his cherry juice.
Regarding the car registration fees, here you go: $191.25. Still cheap compared to California. My gift to Goutopia.
At 5:00 he goes on to say how someone left a comment on his video (read: #eldenring-library) about how to cheese the fight.
No guides, no handholding, just mastery!
Bans all mention of the incident then tries to own the meme with his locked down, unable to reply Twitter account, what a manly man.
Is the additional vehicle weight fee because Khet is allowed in the car?
Fucking thank you. I lived in a no income tax state for awhie, so I know that this is how they get you. It has been real special watching people think like $200 is some wild ass number, when the sad truth is, well, this shit.
Lol, what a fucking cunt. The ease with which DSP lies is unbelievable.
I suppose these souls games have really damaged his ego, so heāll just blatantly lie about whatever he has to, to drive the narrative that heās super skilled at them, and the games are just poorly designed.
Itās not that deep. He never had any interest in games or genuinely conquering a gaming challenge on his own.
The entire thing is just performative for him (heās a fake gamer; maaaybe he used to have some genuine interest once in SF2 in the arcades). Since evilaj his main focus has been not to embarrass himself as much anymore.
Evilaj broke him. Heās the OG troll.
I agree! Steve of the Dead brought up a good point about Dave and itās something I had to go back to my gen psych college books and the chapter about personality disorders. TMI, I have a background in mental health and healthcareā¦and I am classically trained in psychology, although not on the levels of a clinical psychologist nor am I a clinician and can officially diagnosis Phil. I can, however, give an analysis on our buddy, Dave.
I agree with Steveās assessment that he is someone with a cluster C personality disorder and showing strong signs of possibly having Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), but he also shows sings of a cluster B personality disorder called APD (Avoidant Personality Disorder). That said, people with NPD are VERY good at mirroring and mimicking to what is popular at this moment, while claiming they were always a fan of something. Phil hates gaming, but he has to keep up the image that he has always been a gamer, because he came along at a time when it blew up in popularity, so, he hitched his wagon to that horse, no pun intended, and is riding that wave until it ends.
So, what is Phil passionate about? Besides being a overall piece of shit, gambling. Gambling gives him the risk/reward he wants, as itās the only thing that brings him excitement and the dopamine and serotonin rush he is searching for. Itās the only thing he feels excitement for and something and it brings him happiness, as if he hits big, he can show the world āLook at what I gotā¦and you donāt, haha!ā Hell, he used to brag on Instagram about his pulls in Dragon Ball Z: Dokan Battle. I mean, who does that???
Also, he has to protect his ego at all cost. Protecting his ego comes before anything. However, people with NPD have egoās that are EXTRMELY fragile, and while he shits on us for being āmouth drooling morons.ā, a lot of that is deflection to who he really is, honestly.
Phil is living in a extremely fragile glass house built on quicksand that he has to protect at all cost, however, what he is soon going to realize that it will collapseā¦and it has been collapsing for a long time. Iāve said this before on a certain farming website that he is either going to break down mentally or go into cardiac arrest on stream, while EMS do their best to shut down everything.
I remember even for his childhood favorite games he mentioned owning guides for them, even for piss easy babby JRPGs like FF6. I honestly canāt fathom using a game guide from the first minute I play a game, I have nothing against reading guides and I do it myself if I get stuck or if I have to perform some specific bullshit to get something (like getting the all animals+plants codename in MGS3 for example, I save that for a second playthrough and have a guide at hand).
I agree. I rarely used guides for any game that I played as a kid - the one guide I remember borrowing from a friend of mine at the time was for Resident Evil 2, as I couldnāt find the last plug on Leonās campaignā¦but, for the most part, I was able to figure out what to do, even for piss easy JRPGās. Also, my family at the time wasnāt flushed with cash to get everything I ever wanted, as new games came with birthday money or doing usual shit around the neighborhood to earn a bit of extra cash to get what I wanted.
Even back in the day, Phil wanted the easy way into things. It just proves more and more how he wanted his hand held into playing video games and wants the easiest path of least resistance. Phil is not just physically lazy, but also intellectually lazy.
aaaaaand itās gone. to all the tractors who bought in early.
