Sometimes I really wish we could get a true financial report from piggy. Genuinely curious how itās going. Youād think he was nearly broke and yet heās been spending quite a lot recently.
The bank leaks from some time ago pretty much ruined the mystique of what Piggy does with his money. Iād have had a bit of respect for him if he were playing it smart and stocking all that money into a retirement plan or something, but no; he pisses it away on gacha, alcohol, and Doordash.
Not trying to powerlevel, and keeping it a bit vague on specifics, but part of my job requires me to check up on recurring orders for accessories on medical devices. Not earth-shattering āyouāre going to die if you donāt replace itā but things that need to be regularly replaced to keep their devices going properly. Weāre talking about $30 every three to seven months. Iāve come across real spendthrifts and those that, like Piggy, spend to the point of nothing. And this is a primarily elderly population. Itās more than once Iāve called to try and correct an account or politely inquire whatās going on to get āyeah, my card must be out of cash / I ran the limit (depending on debit or credit card). Lemme try another number. Iāll be using this one to go out to Longhorns to get steak later.ā while itās easy to look at Piggy as a reckless consumer - and he most certainly is - heās far from alone here in America, when the statistics last I heard were something of 3 out of 8 cannot afford a $400 emergency and close to 59% of Americans are one to two paychecks away from homelessness.
Piggy got unfathomably lucky (pigroach luck) filing for bankruptcy during Covid when proceedings were done via skype call and most were getting approved with less scrutiny. Subsequent bankruptcy claims, when they can be filed, are usually scrutinized far more closely. But I have no doubt that, with shit credit, DSP has gone for the worse than loan shark/predatory credit cards and financing services like Affirm for his Amazon purchases. The sort that snowballs and saddles with debt. Heās on what, two years of paying back taxes with interest to the IRS? Iād be willing to bet that, when you take a ledger of his income versus expenses and debts, Piggy is nowhere near well off and in considerable debt (we know he pays the minimums on his home with payment, and on a 30 year mortgage, Iād be surprised if he owns 15% equity on the home), and all of it is his fault.
It is a death by a thousand cuts, barring some sudden medical emergency (in which case he is completely and swiftly fucked) , and it may take years even, but his lifestyle and reckless spending is unsustainable. Whether itās years or not, it doesnāt matter; Piggyās consigned himself to this Sisyphus-ian hell of piling and snowballing his debt up a hill until he can do it no longer and he ends up consumed by it.

Itās all on Amazon payment plans. That mother fucker knows how to lie about how much heās making for a financial form. Dude managed to get up $120,000 in credit card dept with two morgages and a car note while at his absolute peak was maybe making $300,000 a year. Is that a lot of money a year? Uhhā¦ yeah. Thatās a fuck ton of money. But even that much coin will go so far.
So is it even a surprise Dave of House Burnell managed to be a joyless dick even when watching a Nintendo console reveal? Also, itās fairly obvious he watched other reacts for his reACKACKACKt. Iād bet money on HMK for certain cause he said several things HMK actually noticed.
Piggy is one of those types that just loves to complain, even for the sake of complaining. Iām sure weāve all run across one person in our lives that just canāt be happy and has to complain about something - thatās Piggy, cranked up to 11. He also lacks creativity, so whatever news he gets he regurgitates from other sources as his own, like HMK.
Part of me wonders if it is just his extreme laziness. Too lazy to think for himself, too lazy to be even slightly optimistic, just a miserable, grumpy soul. When everyone was making fun of his bad case of moobs earlier this week, he should have changed that sweater between streams, but he didnāt. That could be a pride thing, but it could also be a laziness thing. I mentioned a while ago when I posted here that Piggy is is driven between ego and greed which is the stronger of the two, but I think we need to add laziness as a third factor that drives him.
I think itās a desire for convenience that is fueled by greed and utterly unwarranted pride. Phil wants to be paid what a senior mechanical engineer makes and by god he deserves that. But he also wants the convenience of a part time job with a really long lunch, which he gets. Iām not going to count the Daily Yack he falsely calls a podcast where he scrolls twitter, checks in on Doody and flaps his dick sucker for 90 minutes. Then he plays videogames for 3 hours, routinely checks his email and begs for help. Then he day drinks, orders door dash and then comes back to play videogames for 2 more hours. Then bitches for a few more minutes on the Yack Wrap, which also isnāt work. Oh, and after these two small patches of what can be extremely generously referred to as work, he copies and pastes the same info. Only has to come up with a title which ends up just being a really generic summery of the part without any actual creativity and then he does down stairs tp eat and drink like a dehydrated fish.
All this is to say, his life is just convenience. Kat is a live in maid. She does his laundry, on a full moon she might clean Jasperās litter box and she makes food. Or more likely, heats up frozen. I donāt believe for a second those two are actually dieting in any way. Katās too fucking fat. And Iām convinced Phil didnāt loose weight from a diet. I think heās on a Nick Rekieta booze diet where most of his daily calories come from liquor.

Does anyone know how I can watch that DSP interview with the guy that asks him āPhil why am I here?ā I never got to watch that one but I am bored and got time now. Dude was such a random nobody that I canāt remember his name.
Not the interview itself, but TBS did a whole special on it. Pretty sure Detractor Beam did also do their own reACKt.

I donāt know a whole lot about Steve Cambian, but for me, itās the frequent mentally unhinged rants Piggy is going on lately. It just seems like theyāre ramping up that itās hard to keep track of them. That rant about going to the doctor coming to mind especially.
I think a fair bit of it is the stress of tax season and the IRS smells smoked bacon in the air. Piggy made quite a bit in the last quarter of 2024, compared to the rest of the year, spent it on a bunch of frivolous shit (this is beyond the wwe champions, doordash, etc - Iām thinking of all the āupgradesā to his stream setup ) , and I have no doubt that he saved none of it for taxes.
Or, heās just even more mentally unhinged. Either way, bring on more popcorn.
Well his streaks are completely fabricated. Those āupgradesā arenāt the result of some new level of support heās gotten. Itās being put onto various payment plans. In other words, itās Future Philās problem and now Future Philās found what Past Phil got and heās had to start dealing with it.
Also, is it just me, or did Philās hairline sudden jump back an extra half inch over right?

It feels like since I joined this thread, Philās mental health/faculties have been rapidly diminishing. This whole bit with the Lex streamer couldnāt better encapsulate how weird, spiteful, and out of touch Piggy is. Lex wearing a vest, listening to music, chilling (I swear Piggy has mostly ruined that word for me), the juxtaposition of her versus Piggy really highlights what an odd, spiteful creature Piggy is.
Phil officially hit his midlife crisis, thatās why heās spiraling even faster. Itās the reason every single thing in his priso- erā¦ office, has a fucking light on it. Itās why heās desperately trying to convince him self through sheer repetition of saying it that heās had his redemption, everyone loves him, his best friends are Andy Warski and PPP, and weāre actually the crazy ones that refuse to accept the truth. In reality heās being buddy trolled to death while his views somehow managed to drop EVEN LOWER.
Seems like the Kino arc is finally ended. Not exactly how I envisioned it, going out more like a wet fart - and unless this is some elaborate prank where both come on as a sort of wrestling angle of āgotcha!ā (doubtful), but Piggyās burned every bridge possible, so it was inevitable.
Running āSmark Guysā solo, all this coming down to his wife and fat - but then bringing up that she has health problems for sympathy points, completely looking even worse , his situational awareness, or rather complete lack of it, never ceases to amuse me.
And I know I brought it up when this started, but I still think heās going to have Derich back now that heās seemingly cut ties with Triple Portly. Hell, he defended that gooner far more than he ever did his wife!
Will be interesting to see how it goes. Phil demanding an apology from Triple Plump to give him just a tiny out, though, pfffft. Please God, let this Kino arc be over.
Iām honestly shocked it took so fucking long for Phil to FINALLY get that he was butt of the joke. Once more, Philās taken a completely garuntee for success and yet somehow let it slip through his fingers. Heās fallen back down the stairs and heās back right where he started utterly felted. Same as the helicopter company, same as first first monitization he earned, same as Blip, same as Machinima, same as Twitch and now we have Kino Casino. And then he has little bag fumbles in there as well. Like micro tard moments.

I canāt claim credit for it, but Iāve heard talk of Piggy being the King lolcow, and I canāt think I can disagree. This narcissism, petulance. I canāt think of any other cow that makes both LTG AND ReviewTech look like a reasonable adult in interactions with. I know some have given Review flak for bringing up the microphone issue, but it still made me laugh. He derailed Piggy perfectly. His whole tone had that perfect patronizing āNo, Philā of an adult demeaning a childās idiot fantasy.

I think the same thing. Bringing up the microphone was a pretty good move. Phil couldnāt even reply because of how embarrassed he was. Dude turned hot pink while he was face palming, hoping to God it would end and just kept going.
